It's Championship Week!! Check out the list of all the events and activities going on this week

Monday, March 8 - Championship Week Launch Event and start of Spring Intramural Signups

  • Time: 12:00PM to 3:00PM
  • Where: Entrance to UCSB Recreation Center
  • What is it?: Rec Sports and Championship Week sponsors will set up tables in front of the main Rec Center entrance. Rec Sports will be accepting registrations for the 3-Point Challenge and the Skills Competition, and the music setlist for Championship Night will be revealed.
  • YOU CAN SIGN UP FOR SPRING INTRAMURALS FROM 10AM-5PM IN THE RECREATIONAL SPORTS OFFICE (REC CEN ROOM 1110) ALL WEEK LONG!!!

Tuesday, March 9 - Championship Trivia at Woodstock's Pizza

  • Time: 9:00PM
  • Where: Woodstock's Pizza in Isla Vista
  • What is it?: Every Tuesday, Woodstock's hosts its own trivia night. The winners in each round win prizes for their display of pop culture and historical knowledge. On March 9, however, Rec Sports makes Trivia Tuesday bigger and better by offerring more prizes, higher stakes, new music and challenging sports-related questions. The event is designed to increase awareness for our Championship Night event.

Wednesday, March 10- Championship Countdown at Chili's

  • Time: 4:00pm to 11:00pm
  • Where: Chili's in Camino Real Marketplace (Goleta)
  • What is it?: With each flyer presented on  Recreational Sports Championship  Countdown Night, Chili’s will donate 15% of the sales to UCSB Rec Sports. Let Chili's do the cooking and support Championship Countdown Night at the same time!

Friday, March 12 - Championship Night

Time: 2:00PM to 5:00PM
Where: UCSB Events Center (Thunderdome)
What is it?: Rec Sports' quarter-ending celebration for the best intramural teams in volleyball, basketball and table
tennis. Championship Night will feature All-Star games, tournament-finals for league championships, skills competi-
tions, free food at our Tailgate Zone, live musical performances, raffles, giveaways and more!
