For ALL UCSB Sport Club hosted events, on campus, off campus, or any combination of the two, non-registered participants must sign a UC Waiver of Liability prior to participation. This includes but is not limited to meetings, social events, games, travel, and tournaments.

It is the responsibility of all coaches and team representatives to work with the Sport Club Coordinator to create and provide these waivers.
