Steps to Register for a Sport Club Team:

1. Register online. Follow the procedures listed here: Online Registration Procedures.
2. Pay team dues via check, BARC, or the online Recreation system. Your team dues include a $35.00 Sport Club Administration fee. Every participant must pay the $35.00 fee. There are NO exceptions. Your team dues and the $35.00 administration fee are NOT refundable.
3. Turn in Physical Clearance Form filled out by your physician. (See Physical Clearance link for more information).
4. Turn in all completed forms to your team captain, coach, or to the Sport Club coordinator. (Room #1120, first floor of the Recreation Center).
