 Hello to all 2010 Prospective ShootOut Participants at UC Santa Barbara!!
The Big West ShootOut is returning to your campus on February 9, 2010 at the Thunderdome. This is your chance to compete to win $5,000!! Click on the following link to go the ShootOut Website so you can learn more and register!!! http://www.bigwest.org/info/shootout/ The Big West ShootOut is an annual campus tour that features a basketball shooting competition for students who attend Big West Conference member institutions. There are three divisions: Male, Female and Co-Ed. A student is allowed to participate in two divisions, yet cannot participate in the same division more than once. The Co-Ed division champions at each institution compete against each other for the overall ShootOut crown and $5,000 at the Big West Basketball Tournament in the Anaheim Convention Center!! The Big West ShootOut is open to all individuals who have a valid student I.D. including student-athletes, except those who are affiliated with their university's men's or women's varsity basketball teams. Each participant gets a free ShootOut T-Shirt and there are cool prize packages for the winners of each division. If you win the Co-Ed ShootOut crown at your school, the Big West Conference pays for all of your accommodations at the tournament - including travel, hotel and food!!! |
