With its high demand and unparalleled popularity, unique to the UCSB campus is the Gaucho love for soccer. Soccer is arguably the most popular sport here on campus. From ICA to Intramural Sports, UCSB students love to compete on the soccer field. Offered all three quarters and usually the first sport to fill up, UCSB Recreational Sports' sponsors sometime offer our participants the opportunity to "Get Sponsored." 

Sponsors "adopt-a-team" (an Outdoor or Indoor soccer team), and pay for the teams registration fees. Along with no financial worries during sign-ups, the sponsors also provide the team with awesome shirts to wear for each of the games. This amazing deal is over $195 dollar value, and this opportunity is a limited one. Participants have the equal opportunity be awarded this great value, and selected teams are sometime granted further prizes and deals.
