Wilderness First Responder is the definitive medical training course for all outdoor leaders and enthusiasts. Anyone who spends time playing or leading others in the outdoors owes it to themselves and their partners to take this 72 hour course. Successful completion of the course will include Wilderness First Responder and CPR certification card from Wilderness Medical Associates valid for 3 years. This CPR course curriculum is consistent with current American Heart Association standards at the healthcare provider level. In addition, it addresses in more detail the special concerns in a remote or wilderness setting including  oxygen use and basic airway management tools.
