If so, UC Santa Barbara’s Adventure Programs has just the activities for you! UCSB’s Adventure Programs gives students the opportunities to meet new people while discovering the cosmic wonders of nature. We offer many different outdoor programs for students to take part in, including Kayaking, Rock Climbing, Canyoneering, Outdoor Trips and much more.
Our Mission
UCSB Adventure Programs exists to enhance campus and community life by providing educational and recreational experiences through wilderness trips, outdoor recreation classes, ropes courses, and climbing center programs.
UCSB Adventure Programs’ vision is a commitment to offering programs which:
- Provide opportunities for self-discovery and leadership
- Offer exceptional customer service and professionalism
- Foster cooperative behavior by respecting and understanding individual differences
- Experience isn’t necessary; only the desire to participate
